All returned items must be in their original condition as when they were sent. Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged or used.
Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Even if deemed faulty, items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for items returned damaged or altered in any way.
All personalised items are non-refundable.

MyPersonalisedItem Ltd. is not liable for any items lost or damaged during shipping. Delays are outside of our control and must be addressed with the courier directly. Refunds will not be provided for delays.
